1. Information we collect

1.1 Health and activity data (App only)

When you connect wearables, fitness trackers, health apps, or medical devices to Raeva, we may collect data such as:

• Heart rate
• Steps and movement
• VO₂ max and fitness metrics
• Training load and performance history
• Sleep duration and sleep quality
• Stress and recovery data
• Respiration rate
• Menstrual cycle logs and symptoms
• Hydration and nutrition logs
• Notes, goals, preferences, health information, or other wellness, biometric, or activity data you manually provide

We only collect Health Data in the App with your explicit permission. Health Data is never collected, managed, or displayed on the Website.

1.3 Usage data

To analyze traffic and improve our digital services, we collect general technical and usage details such as:

• Log files & device info: IP address, browser type, operating system, app version, device type, and access timestamps.
• Website Analytics (Google Analytics): the Website uses Google Analytics to measure site performance, evaluate visitor engagement, track referring sources, and optimize our digital presence. Google Analytics utilizes cookies or similar identifiers to collect non-directly identifying information about your browsing session.
• App diagnostic data: Crash reports, error logs, and system performance metrics used for debugging, identifying technical bugs, and maintaining app stability.

We never sell your personal information or Health Data.

3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR users)

If you live in the EU or UK, we process your data under the following lawful bases:

• Consent – when you connect devices, import Health Data in the App, submit contact or inquiry forms, or consent to analytics cookies on the Website.
• Contract – to provide the Raeva App functionality and services.
• Legitimate Interests – analyze performance of the Website, improve our services, secure our systems, and manage business relationships.

You can withdraw consent at any time by adjusting cookie preferences on the Website, disconnecting devices in the App, or deleting your account.

4. How we share your data

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data for advertising purposes. We share data only under the following conditions:

4.1 Service providers & analytics partners

We use trusted third-party vendors who support operations of the Website and the App, hosting our cloud infrastructure, providing customer support, or analyzing Website traffic.

These providers are contractually required to:

5. AI transparency statement

We take your privacy seriously. All user information – including raw biometric data, sensor metrics, and activity logs ingested via connected wearable hardware, health platforms, and API integration partners (such as Garmin Connect, Apple HealthKit, Fitbit, Oura, Whoop, and Google Fit), as well as any non-biometric health notes, goals, symptoms, or manual logs directly submitted by you – is processed exclusively on Raeva’s secure, self-contained servers.

Data collected from integrated partners or directly submitted to Raeva is never shared with, sold to, processed by, or made available to external third-party AI services, external large language model (LLM) vendors, or third-party data brokers. Any predictive machine learning, rule-based algorithms, statistical models, or decision-tree logic operating on your biometric data or manually submitted information are executed strictly within Raeva’s isolated infrastructure.

6. Analytics & cookies

You can control how analytics tracking and cookies operate when visiting the Website:

• Cookie settings: You can accept or decline non-essential cookies (including Google Analytics) at any time via cookie settings on the Website. If you decline, Google Analytics tracking is disabled for your session.
• Browser Settings: You may also adjust your web browser settings to block or manage cookies globally.
